杨超群,东南大学自动化学院副研究员,东南大学至善青年学者(A类),硕士生导师,江苏省“双创”人才,国际电气与电子工程师学会(IEEE)会员,国际信息融合学会(ISIF)会员,中国航空学会信息融合分会员及定位与跟踪专委会委员,中国自动化学会会员及自动化学会青工委和工业物联网技术与应用专委会委员。14年于厦门大学获得学士学位,19年于浙江大学获得博士学位(导师:史治国教授,长江学者,史治国(Zhiguo Shi)-浙江大学个人主页 (zju.edu.cn)),19-22年于中国电科第14所从事雷达信息处理研发工作。发表SCI、EI论文39篇(一作/通讯21篇),授权国防专利、发明专利9项,主持和参与多项科研项目。研究方向涵盖:自动驾驶(感知方向如雷达探测)、多目标跟踪、雷达信息处理、无人机集群、非线性滤波控制、网络安全、多源信息融合等。长期从事雷达信息与数据处理、多源数据融合的算法与工程应用研究,曾任某雷达软件总师,参与多部机载雷达算法与软件研发工作,其研究成果部分在多部现役机型中使用。目前还担任Internet Technology Letters客座编辑、《无人系统技术》青年编委,《自动化学报》、《Signal Processing》、《IEEE Transactions on Signal Processing》《IEEE Transactions on Vehicular Technology》《IEEE Transactions on Industrial Informatics》等期刊的审稿人。


Chaoqun Yang is currently an associate professor with Southeast University. Prior to that, he was an engineer at 

Nanjing Research Institute of Electronics Technology. He received the B.S. degree in marine technology from Xiamen University, Xiamen, China, in 2014, and the Ph.D. degree in information science and electronic engineering from Zhejiang University, Hangzhou, China, in 2019. His research interest concentrates on multi-target tracking, radar signal processing, cyber security, and information fusion, etc. He has published more than twenty related papers in the fields of cyber security, information fusion and signal processing. He was the session co-chair and received the best organizers award of the international conference on autonomous unmanned systems in 2022. He is an  current associate editors of IET Wireless Sensor Systems, one of the guest editors of Internet Technology Letters. He is also an active reviewer for IEEE Transactions on Signal Processing, IEEE Transactions on Vehicular Technology, Signal Processing, etc.
