蔡苗，1996年出生于江苏扬州，中共党员，2024年于清华大学自动化系获得博士学位，2025年加入东南大学自动化学院/智能无人系统研究院。研究方向包括故障诊断与容错控制、全驱系统理论与应用以及相关方法的智能化设计等，在Automatica、IEEE汇刊等顶级期刊/会议发表论文十余篇，曾获首都前沿学术成果奖、方崇智最佳论文奖、CFASTA最佳学生论文奖、北京自动化学会优秀研究生、博士研究生国家奖学金等。
