曹进德(CAO Jinde),1963年生,男,博士,现为东南大学特聘教授,博士生导师, 中国运筹学会理事,江苏省工业与应用数学学会理事,IEEE高级会员。1998年获四川大学理学博士学位,2001年-2002年在香港中文大学自动化与计算机辅助工程学系做博士后研究。1996年破格晋升为教授,1989年3月-2000年5月任教于云南大学,2000年5月调入东南大学。1996年被遴选为云南省跨世纪学术和技术带头人培养对象,2002年被遴选为江苏省高校“青蓝工程”中青年学术带头人, 2008年被遴选为江苏省“333高层次人才培养工程”中青年科技领军人才。
 
曹进德教授出访过美国、英国、泰国和中国香港,与国际上著名学者有着广泛的协作关系。目前主持国家自然科学基金项目、高等学校博士学科点专项科研基金项目、江苏省自然科学基金项目和江苏省“333工程”项目各一项;已主持完成国家自然科学基金项目三项(含中英合作项目一项)、省自然科学基金项目五项、教育部聘请外籍教师重点项目一项、江苏省青蓝工程项目一项和省教委自然科学基金项目一项;参加完成国家973项目一项、国家自然科学基金和省级基金项目十余项, 已获“汤姆森路透卓越研究奖”(Thomson Reuters 卓越研究奖)(独立),教育部自然科学奖二等奖一项(排名第一),江苏省科技进步奖二等奖一项(排名第四),重庆市自然科学奖三等奖一项(排名第二),云南省自然科学奖二等奖二项、三等奖一项,云南省高校科研成果一等奖、三等奖各一项。四篇论文获第一、二、三届“中国百篇最具影响优秀国际学术论文”,一篇论文获南京市自然科学优秀论文一等奖。现已在国内外重要学术刊物,如IEEE Trans. Neural Networks、IEEE Trans. Systems, Man, and Cybernetics-B、 IEEE Trans. Circuits Syst.-I、IEEE Trans. Circuits Syst.-II、IEEE Trans. 曹进德教授被评为东南大学“十五”科技工作先进个人。获东南大学教学工作优秀一等奖、东南大学教育基金会“林健忠”奖教金和云南大学第三届伍达观教育基金会优秀教师奖。指导的研究生4人获江苏省优秀硕士论文,指导的本科生1人获江苏省普通高等学校本专科优秀毕业设计(论文)二等奖。
