卢剑权,1981年生,2009年毕业于香港城市大学取得博士学位。现为东南大学教授,复杂系统与网络科学研究中心副主任。德国洪堡学者,入选教育部新世纪优秀人才支持计划。获得2010年江苏省科学技术奖一等奖(排第二)。2014年入选中国高被引学者(Most Cited Chinese Researchers)榜,此榜单由世界著名出版公司爱思唯尔(Elsevier)发布。2011年获“SCOPUS寻找青年科学之星铜奖;受邀担任2Springer出版社的SCI刊物的副编辑(Associate Editor)3个国际SCI刊物的客座编辑(Guest Editor)。一篇论文获得2011年亚洲控制会议ASCC最佳论文奖(第四),一篇论文获2007年第一届中国百篇最具影响优秀国内学术论文,一篇论文被《Nature China》杂志的编辑Tim Reid作为研究亮点评价。作为第二导师指导学生获得2011年全国挑战杯自然科学类学术论文二等奖和第十二届挑战杯全国大学生课外学术科技作品竞赛江苏省赛特等奖;作为第二导师2011年指导本科毕业论文获江苏省普通高校本专科优秀毕业设计(论文)一等奖。
     近年来主要从事复杂网络动力学分析和控制、多智能体系统一致性、时滞系统、布尔控制网络等领域的研究;主持国家自然科学基金2项、江苏省自然科学基金1项、霍英东基金1项、德国洪堡基金1项;曾多次出访德国、英国、中国香港、卡塔尔、沙特等国家和地区,与国际上相关领域的知名学者有着广泛深入的合作。现已在国内外重要学术刊物,如AutomaticaIEEE Trans. Neural Networks and Learning SystemsIEEE Trans. Circuits & Systems I, IEEE Trans. Systems, Man & Cybernetics B, IEEE Trans.
